1 General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pd77 ("pd77", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pd77 website located at https://pd77.io and all associated services, products, games, and features offered thereon.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the pd77 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. 3 Account Registration

The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. pd77 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the player will be suspended, bonus funds will be forfeited, and any balances derived from bonus activity will be voided.

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide your legal full name, a valid email address, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and your date of birth at the time of registration. The information you provide must be accurate and must correspond to the details on your government-issued identity documents. pd77 reserves the right to require you to verify your identity at any time by submitting copies of acceptable identification documents including but not limited to a National ID Card, passport, or birth certificate.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pd77 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pd77 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact pd77 support immediately via the account dashboard live chat. pd77 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of its commitment to responsible gaming and fraud prevention, pd77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All players may be required to complete identity verification before making their first withdrawal or at any time that pd77 considers it necessary. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Own Account Requirement

All deposits must be made from a payment account or card registered in your own legal name. pd77 does not accept third-party deposits. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a payment account that does not belong to the registered player, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation. Similarly, all withdrawals will be processed to a payment account registered in your own name only.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your pd77 account dashboard at the time of transaction. pd77 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Players who have not completed KYC verification may be subject to lower withdrawal limits until verification is complete.

4.4 Processing Times

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your pd77 account within seconds of confirmation. Withdrawals are processed within one to three business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and applicable security checks. pd77 does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

pd77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and IPL season. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between these General Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated on the Promotions page. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for the relevant bonus. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in the automatic cancellation of the bonus and any winnings generated from it.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

pd77 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer; using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine intent to play; systematically exploiting promotional offers across multiple accounts in coordination with other players.

5.4 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available only to players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification. Players who have opted out of marketing communications will not receive promotional bonus offers unless they explicitly opt back in. pd77 reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.

6 Games & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise manipulate the platform's software or security systems.
• Placing bets on both sides of a market across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage abuse).

6.4 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or data feed failure that affects a game round or betting market, pd77 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the players' accounts. pd77's decision in such matters is final. No compensation beyond the return of the original stake will be offered in the event of a malfunction.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

8.1 pd77's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

pd77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering activity; provision of false or inaccurate registration information; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; evidence of underage gambling; bonus abuse; or any other conduct that pd77 determines to be contrary to the integrity of the platform or the interests of its player community.

8.2 Player-Initiated Account Closure

You may request the closure of your pd77 account at any time by contacting customer support via the account dashboard live chat. Prior to account closure, any active bets will be settled in accordance with normal rules. Any remaining cash balance (excluding void or forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC or AML reviews.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, all bonus balances, free bets, and any winnings derived from bonus activity will be voided and forfeited. Only demonstrably clean cash balances — funds deposited and not subject to any active bonus wagering conditions — may be considered for return, at pd77's discretion following review.
